Vacation, All I Ever Wanted...
Pssst...guess where we are?
Well, depending on the time of day that you're reading this, I could be at home (again). But, if you're checking in this morning, here's where I am...
9 a.m. Packing the JEEP and checking out of the COTTAGE
10 a.m. the BEACH at ROCKPORT, TEXAS
11:30 a.m. Eating a picnic lunch
1 p.m. Browsing the relatively new Aquarium in Rockport
2:30 p.m. Headed back home
We've been in Rockport since Wednesday, and it is tough to go back home. However, sleeping on a crappy sofa bed makes it a bit less sad! Why the sofa bed? Because the KIDS have the bedroom in our cottage - it is like a cave and the idea is that they'll sleep longer in there than out in the airy and bright living area! I'll post pictures this weekend of our excursion and fishing adventures.

Did ya win the Rockport aquarium tickets too? Huh? Huh? Geesh girl, you win more stuff than anyone I know! LOL.
Seiously though - wish I was at the beach - omgosh you don't know how much I wish I was at the beach...
I like the idea of giving the kids the room so they'll sleep longer. You're a smart mama! Our beach trip is in four weeks and I'm so ready....especially after seeing your pictures!
Putting your kiddos in the cave makes you One Smart Momma!!! I'd sacrifice for the sofa bed to ensure sleeping children too :)
